Jonathan and Esme own their own home which has four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Their children, Cici and Jeremiah, have their own bedrooms and one spare room is currently their playroom while another is a home office.

It was hard planning a wedding with a five year old, a four year old and a ten month old! Esme was starting to feel the pressure to hurry up and get something for the renewal done but she just hadn't found the time with her busy work, taking care of the children and having hot animal sex with Jon! So, she was determined to finally get some planning done tonight after he got home from work. She had cooked tacos for dinner so he would be able to eat while they discussed the details for the ceremony and the reception like if they wanted to have it catered or home-cooked; a buffet or a set meal plan.. The usual things. She wasn't going to make him decide silly things he wouldn't care about like the color and shade of the napkins or the way that they should be folded because she knew that he was a man who wouldn't see those small details as being too terribly important. She had their beautiful daughters set the table while she prepared the plates of tacos with Jeremy positioned on her hip. He was reaching for pieces of grated cheddar cheese from the bowl and sticking the handfuls in his mouth though most fell on the floor to be eaten by Riley and Unicorn, "Whatcha doin', buddy?" Esme didn't honestly mind since she was allowing him to explore his world and eat whatever appealed to him (as long as it wasn't a choking hazard, of course) so he wouldn't be afraid to try new things when he was older though she had done the same thing with Cici who was now crazy picky and refused to even so much as touch anything that had a carrot in it. "Cassidy, will you put this plate in front of your father's chair and pour him a class of iced tea?" She smiled as her oldest child nodded and set everything up - this was going to be a really good family night. It wasn't long before everyone was sitting at the table with their plates ready... Now they just needed Jonathan! She even had a candle lite and little Jeremiah was sitting on her lap and trying to grab at her tacos which he'd be getting chicken from during the meal along with cheese and maybe lettuce.

Having been married for so long now, the pair finally having stable jobs, living in a good house, and their children growing older... now was definitely the perfect time for Jon and Esme to be renewing their vows, having an actual wedding ceremony. Not that their original one wasn't perfect as is, just, when you picture your ideal wedding, not many people imagine it being at some random wedding chapel down the street from a clothing store where you happened to buy the clothes you were about to get married in. And you haven't heard of too many honeymoons where the couple spent an entire weekend at home with a no-clothing rule...
Anyhow, now that things seemed more settling in their lives, financially and whatnot, Jon was just excited to see the look on Esme's face on the day of their vow renewal. Though he was letting her pull most of the strings, he still wanted it all to be perfect as well, for her, mostly. Jon always did feel slightly guilty about the fact that they hadn't had a traditional wedding in the first place, having seen a wedding movie or two and realizing how girls got about that kind of stuff.
Getting home now, Jon walked through the front door, "I'm home!" he called out, a grin on his face as he walked in, making his way to the dining room, leaning down to kiss his wife before moving on to greet his children, patting little Jeremiah on the head and then taking his seat at the table, "How was your day, baby?"

"My day was wonderful, babe.. How about you?" Esme asked as she lifted her glass of tea to take a sip.How was she suppose to bring up the wedding? Randomly when he sat down to eat? Was there even a casual way to ask him about planning this? She didn't want to just blurt it out and ruin the chances of this going the way that it needed to but she didn't really know how to bring it up to him. "Um, I was looking at wedding dresses last night online and I was thinking that maybe we should start seriously planning our renewal unless you aren't in the mood right now! I mean, I don't want to make you feel pressured especially since you just got off work."
She picked apart some of her taco before looking up at him with a weak smile and a shrug. "I've just been giving some serious thought to how now is kind of the perfect time to do it since we have a house and financial security and everything is really kind of settled down. I mean... We have a beautiful family and I can't wait to celebrate that with this renewal and I never got my princess wedding which I mean.. I know that I don't need a big wedding but I want one."
She, unlike Elizabeth, wasn't going to pressure him into it if he said no. "I've always thought that getting married at Disney could be fun and I think that the kids would really enjoy that.." Meaning she would but saying the children felt better since they were young and it made more sense. "I bet Ariel would like meeting the real little mermaid and Cici loves Cinderella!"
