Charge One - Possession and dealing of illegal substances, as well as the growing of illegal substances in a rented home.

Charge Two - Public disturbance and aggravated assault.

Charge Three - Purchasing of illegal substances.

Time Spent in Jail:

Charge One - Twenty days in a community cell, with a fine of $80 per unit of substance (totaling to over $2000 in fines). Because he could not pay the fines in time, he spent another day in jail and two months of doing community service.

Charge Two - Three days in jail, out on $50 bail in two.

Charge Three - Seven days in jail, fine of $100.

Reasons for Detainment:

Charge One - Sebastian was caught trying to deal drugs to a few kids he knew from around his apartment. They were all cool about it, except for one kid who called the police. He was, of course, charged with possession and dealing. Then they searched his apartment and he was charged with more possession for growing marijuana in his apartment - something the neighbors had complained about before.

Charge Two - Sebastian was drunk in public and ended up knocking over a park bench. When a police officer tried to arrest him, he ended up punching the guy in the face. He still has scars from the handcuffs.

Charge Three - They caught Sebastian and a friend in the middle of a drug deal. Police officer nearby thought something seemed fishy, came to check them out, and the guy ran. Because Seb wasn't dealing, they could only charge him with potential possession.
