Two bed, two bath, mostly furnished apart from the second bedroom, pictures all included and freedom to decorate the walls however you wish, including paint! All utilities included in rent except electric. Can have a small pet as long as it's house/litter trained. Rent is $975, $488 split, plus whatever the electric comes out as.
Anyways, a little about me. My name is Skylar, I'm a 22 male trying to make it in college. I work two jobs and love to have fun. I mean, who doesn't? I'm not 420 friendly, but I don't mind moderate drinking and if you smoke, you must be outside. I have a five year old cat who gets along with everyone, including dogs.
