He wasn't done?!?
Elizabeth was not expecting that! She didn't mind though... Oh pregnancy hormones... "I love you so fucking much right now." She pulled him over to her and stroked his face lovingly, "You are a godsend, the king... Just... The best and biggest ever. I feel like you should win an award and possibly a record." She was just so insanely blissful right now.
She was just a giggling happy mess right now. "Would you be upset if I put all over twitter what a wonderful amazing fiance that I have? How did you know I wanted oral?"

"I just know you too well," Andrew smiled and got off the bed to pull on his boxers and a pair of basketball shorts. When he got back on the bed, he pulled her close. "I don't think I would mind." Andrew laughed. Beth was something else. She was so quirky and funny and cute. He just loved her so much.
And hey, and ego boost was never a bad thing, and what better way than Twitter? Plus, it would be Elizabeth's way of telling the world that she won, she won Andrew's trust.

It seemed like yesterday that Elizabeth was complaining about how she was always going to be pregnant and now here they were, home with their brand new bouncing baby boy well he wasn't very bouncy but he was definitely a boy. Yeah, he peed on her during an earlier diaper change.
"Andy, baby! Sweetie... Calm down." She cooed as she lifted him from his car seat and held him close to her body. He was fussy and she just didn't understand why! "The book says to check if he's hungry which I did, his diaper is clean... is he depressed? Oh my god! He must be upset because the baby socks don't match his outfit! I knew that this was a bad idea.. Fuck." She stood up with him in her arms and looked around the bag for the right socks.
"He's going to be telling his therapist about this in ten years!" She was absolutely sure that every single mistake that they made now was going to somehow affect their son's future in a huge way. She was also still pumped full of crazy hormones so that probably had a lot to do with why she was being so well nutty.
At least she looked good? She bounced back well from just giving birth! She'd even done her hair and make up before leaving the hospital much to the nurse's judgment.

Andrew laughed at Elizabeth's sock dilemma. "Baby," He said, smiling still. "Calm down. They're just socks. He's never been anywhere but the hospital and well inside you. He's nervous to see his new home." That might not be right, but it sounded believable right? Anything to sooth his wife. He took the bag from Beth and rushed ahead to open the door for the two.
"Besides, do you have anyone who comes in to your office complaining about not having socks to match their outfit when they were two days old?" He joked, rubbing her back with his hand and she entered the house.
It was weird, well more like new, that now they had a baby to take care of together. Together. He'd already called his father and aunts, posting pictures on Facebook and e-mailing them while he was at the cafeteria earlier that day.

"I have quite a few who come in saying that their socks didn't match when they were two days old and it was very upsetting for them and hard for them to move on from.." Elizabeth joked as she sat down on the couch with a heavy sigh, "Poor Cinny, she's been here all this time wondering where all of her non-fuzzy people were." She did something that she knew was probably wrong and set Andy down on a blanket on the floor for the dog to sniff.
"Look, she likes him! Or she's tasting him for later...." She shrugged before laying on her stomach on the floor so she could pull off Andy's little socks and play with his tiny baby feet which he wasn't such a big fan of.
"I just want to hold him and play with him all day and never let him out of my sight! We might never have alone time again because Andy is never leaving our bedroom." She was the one who said no to setting the bassinet up in their bedroom so they could still be adults and not constantly have a kid around and now she was totally going back on it. She just couldn't imagine not having him with them at all times! She hadn't even let the nurses take him to the nursery because she never wanted him to leave. "I just wish that he'd take the boob but I guess formula will work. I'd been planning on breastfeeding him until he self-weaned at six or seven but I guess that's not going to happen. You aren't upset about that at all, are you?"
Yeah, she was totally giving up after two days because it 'felt weird' and 'hurt like hell'.

Andy was eight almost nine months old now and Elizabeth still[/u] hadn't set a date with Andrew for their wedding. She was actually starting to get a little antsy about it considering that it seemed like time was just flying by! So, she had spent an hour slaving over a hot stove so she would have dinner ready for him when he got home from work but he wasn't going to be allowed to have any until he agreed to start planning their damn wedding! They'd had everything planned before he broke things off the first time and now it was like starting all over again. She knew that this time was it and that was a little frightening. She and Andrew were completely committed now - they had a son! Andy was the perfect little human being already even at such a young age. He was honestly a stud!
Really! He always played with all the cute babies at the play group and seemed to 'flirt' with the beautiful mothers. He was just the apple of Elizabeth's eye. "Andy, say mama... Say mama." She was always trying to convince him to talk but he simply wasn't ready for actual works apparently. He would, obviously, babble like all young babies do but it was never anything that sounded remotely like English or well any other language. She had Andy in her arms on her hip while she stirred the spaghetti sauce on the stove. He was reaching for the pot handle with widened eyes like he was just completely fascinated with the cooking red liquid. "Mhmm!" It wasn't a word; just a noise that he made when he wanted something - typically Elizabeth's breast since he was still being breastfed though he did get some solid foods for dinner but eighty percent of his diet was breast milk.
She turned the sauce off and poured it into the pot with the noodles and adjusted Andy so she could set up three plates of spaghetti. She set Andy in his high chair with his baby plate of noodles so he could play and eat some. She wasn't planning on giving him traditional baby foods because she knew how bad that those could be for a tiny child and that it was easier to just introduce safe normal foods first. "Okay, Andy... Daddy's gonna be home soon and mommy is going to convince him that we need to set the wedding date." He was too distracted playing with his dinner to even look up at her.

After a long, slow day at work, Andrew finally found himself pulling up to his house. It was still so unreal to him that behind that door and those walls, he had his fiancee, and his son waiting for him. It was his home, with his things, and his family inside. For once in his life, Andrew was feeling like he belonged, and like he was supposed to be here. Like he finally accomplished something in his life other than getting with girls.
"I'm home, baby!" Andrew called as he opened the door. As per usual, he was wearing a white v-neck t-shirt, gym shorts, and Nike Free Runs. It was the same thing he wore to work everyday, unless it was unbearably cold - then he would wear track pants and a sweater. Andrew dressed like a college kid everyday instead of other men his age who had actual careers and dressed professionally. Andrew enjoyed his job and that's what matters, right? He made pretty good money doing what he did, anyways.
"Mmmm, spaghetti," Andrew smiled as he entered the kitchen, setting his keys and wallet on the counter. Moving behind Elizabeth, Andrew placed his hands on her hips and bowed his head to kiss her neck. Beth really was an excellent cook, and he always looked forward to coming home to her meals. "Work was terrible. I only had a few clients all day, so I worked out the rest of the day pretty much - I'm exhausted." To some people, that wouldn't be a bad thing. But Andrew had been an athlete since he was a kid, so he really didn't get much out of exercising anymore. It was all just routine to him now.
"How have my two favorite people been today?" Andrew grinned at Junior, making his way toward him so he could kiss the top of his head - Really the only place that wasn't covered in spaghetti sauce already.

"You're exhausted, babe? I have been up since four-thirty in the morning with your little chunky monkey and he did not want to nap at all this afternoon. He was so cranky.." Elizabeth teased with a small laugh; she wasn't really complaining. She loved having time with their only son mostly because she knew that he was going to be the only baby that they were ever going to have hence why she was taking so much time off of work to take care of Andy. She was still working, of course, but less and less each month but her boss was rather understanding of this. She was also a mother so she understood how hard that it is to be away from your child for an extended period of time and her client list was small enough that it was okay for her to be away from her office.
She sat down at the small kitchen table and cleared her throat. How was she suppose to begin? "Andrew... You can't have your plate of spaghetti until we set a date for the wedding." She knew that it was sort of a bribe and that it might be unfair considering that he had been working hard all day to earn the money to buy the food that she had cooked but she needed to get this wedding planning started now or they never would. She just couldn't imagine spending the rest of her life as Elizabeth Hanson - fiancee of Andrew Tuxon. "I know that you might be hungry right now and that's a mean thing to do but I do want to start planning this wedding so you can eat as soon as you agree to that."
She didn't mean that they needed to set the date, colors, dress, everything in an hour before he was allowed to touch his food! She just wanted him to agree that they needed to start planning this thing because she was scared that maybe he didn't want to actually have a wedding. "I'm worried that we've got into such a routine that you don't want to actually make this whole thing official and get married because it's easy right now and it'd be easy to just break up if you get scared or unhappy but we have a baby. We have Andy to worry about and he deserves to have two married parents who are happy and ... And I know we would be married by now if we had never broken up." Low blow. She knew that it was probably unwise to mention their break up but it was how she was feeling emotionally right now. She was just having a hard time with the fact that they weren't married yet.
She hadn't being judged for not having a wedding band on her finger by the other mothers at play group like she was some silly teenager who didn't even know the father of her child and was just playing house with a fiance and a baby not a mature woman who simply got pregnant and had to put things on hold.

Andrew smiled when Beth talked about her day. He kissed her on the forehead and went to reach for his plate, when she drew it back, saying he wasn't allowed to eat yet. "Are you serious, Beth?" He looked at her, his grin fading. The expression didn't change, and Andrew could tell that she wasn't joking around. "Wow. So I have to let my food get cold and talk about all the little details? I really don't care what color the napkins are or where people sit or what people wear or flowers or any of that. We could just wear what we're wearing now and go get married, I really don't care."
He sighed and ran his hands through his hair. "Look, babe." What to say? "I love you. You know that. And I love Andy and I love our little family we're building. Yeah, I know we had.. issues..but we've obviously worked through them. We can start planning whenever, but aren't we supposed to hire something?" The only things Andrew knew about weddings he's learned from watching movies with Beth about girls that fight over their weddings or something like that. He didn't care for the specifics, but he knew Beth would.
Andrew laced their fingers together and looked into his fiancee's eyes. I know things aren't exactly ideal right now, but they'll get better. I promise. We're saving up and soon we can have the big fancy wedding I know you're dreaming of." He glanced down at their intertwined fingers, and noticed their ring fingers were still bare. "Hey," He smiled at her. "Tomorrow, I'll call out from work. I have an idea. Can you ask someone to babysit Andy?"

"You don't care about the color of the napkins, Andrew? Well then you clearly don't care about me!" Elizabeth snapped as she took an angry forkful of her spaghetti noodles and raised it to her mouth but she didn't actually take a bite. She was too busy getting angry at him to eat! "I just don't see how this whole wedding is suppose to happen when you care so litt---" She paused and realized that she was getting dangerously close to becoming a bridezilla. He definitely wouldn't want to marry her when she was acting like a total psychopath so she grabbed his plate of food and set it down in front of him so he could enjoy his spaghetti. "I'm sorry, babe... I'm acting a little crazy but it's just because I want to get married as soon as possible."
She was feeling kind of guilty for telling him that he wasn't allowed to eat when he worked hard during the week to support them. "Look... It's not... It's not like I need a big fancy wedding but I've always had an image for my wedding in my head and I don't want to give that up .... Not yet." She nodded slowly and adjusted her shirt before sitting back down and actually taking a bite of her dinner.
"I mean, I wanna get married in Paris at nine at night exactly, not one second earlier. I want to have the colors be soft pinks and white and I want to have a big princess style gown and I want Cassidy to be my maid of honor." She had a lot of things planned out already, "Jonie will be the flower girl because she's a cutie and Andy will be the ring bearer."

"Paris?" Andrew blinked. "Honey, we can't go to Paris. We can't afford it, and we can't ask everyone to come all the way out there. Its expensive." He considered her other ideas. "Nine? That's so late. It'll be dark and.. What about around six? We can have the sunset in the background, and it will be romantic." Andrew knew that there was going to be a lot of compromising going on for this wedding to happen, and he was trying to make it as painless as possible.
"That's all fine," He said in response to her choice of maid of honor, ring bearer, and flower girl. "Pink and white? Okay. Umm The gown.. You'll look beautiful in anything, babe." He smiled and finally picked up his plate. "Can I eat now? We can still talk about this, I know its important to you."

No Paris?!?
Elizabeth gasped when Andrew let those words out of his mouth and she was honestly speechless for a minute. She just sat in her chair and glared at him like he was currently the devil. "Did you just say no Paris? You don't really mean that...." She wasn't going to just let something as big as the place that they got married go just because he thought that it wasn't convenient or too expensive! "Do you realize that this is my wedding night? I am only going to get married once in my life and I want it to be magical!" She wasn't going to just let him get his way! She was the bride and that meant that she was always going to be right.
She crossed her arms and went back to glaring at him. "Haven't you been told not to upset your pregnant fiancee? I went to the doctor today and he thinks it's twins... I'm about seven weeks." She was lying, of course but he didn't need to know that! She knew that she had actually started her period earlier that day but ... how would he know that? She obviously didn't look any different and he didn't know where she kept her feminine products.

"You're overreacting, Beth!" Andrew almost yelled at her, but he controlled himself. "Paris is not doable, Elizabeth. We can't afford that, our families can't afford that, our friends can't afford that. I know it what you want, but it isn't gonna happen." Yeah, he knew he sounded like a dick, but it was the only way to get through to Beth. He might have to sleep on the couch because of it, but he couldn't let her think that they could just decide to be married in Paris. "We can go to Paris someday, I'll promise you that, but its not happening anytime soon."
Andrew gasped and dropped his fork. "You're... WHAT?" He stood up, and paced around the kitchen. "We can't afford another child - let alone two - plus this fairytale wedding you think we're gonna have, plus this house, plus Andy, plus everything. Damnit.." Andrew slammed his fist on the counter top, then tapped his fingers on it. "I don't know what we're going to do. I need another job. Maybe two more." He sighed, running his hands over his face.

"Think we're going to have?" Elizabeth actually yelled at him which she rarely did these days especially now that they had Andy but she was getting very upset at the idea of her dream wedding being destroyed by her future husband. "Oh fuck you then! I am going to have the wedding that I want whether you like or not!" What in the hell was that even suppose to mean? Don't come to our wedding? Without him, there would be no wedding unless she married herself which didn't sound like a whole lot of fun.
She knew that she should probably tell him that she wasn't really bringing two more mouths to feed into the family but she just didn't want to yet. She was still so angry! "You can sleep on the fucking front porch for all I care right now, Tuxon!" She was being more harsh than normal and yelling louder than needed but she calmed down in an instant when Andy started crying. She reached over and held him close to her body and rocked him gently in her arms. "Shh, daddy is just being an ass right now, baby."

"If that's how you really feel, then you can have your perfect little wedding with someone else!" Andrew yelled. It was a mean thing to say, and he knew it. Deep down, he knew he wasn't going to leave Beth. Not permanently. Maybe he'd have to go stay with a friend for a night or two. "I can't do this right now, Elizabeth." He shook his head, as if to shake all his feelings away, before heading into the bedroom.
"I don't deserve this shit. I do everything for this family. I work six days a week, nine hours a day to provide for you and you expect more than I am capable of giving you! Maybe you should find someone who can give you a wedding you can't afford!" Andrew was angry, he was seeing red as he threw a few things into a suitcase. It really only had an extra pair of gym shorts, a t-shirt, a sweater, and a pair of boxers, along with things like hair gel and a toothbrush. If Beth tried to make him stay, he surely would, but it would take a lot of convincing. If he did leave, Andrew really had no idea where he'd go, but it looked like he'd have to figure it out.
